My husband and I have visited Villa Stabbia twice for two week stays.
The owners are delightful and down to earth.
The pool and area are a wonderful way to relax after touring all the nearby villages and towns.
My husband recently passed away, but now my son's
would love to visit. We would of course stay at Villa Stabbia.
My husband John has sent many of his co-workers from Delta airlines.

På vor tur med Risskov rejser besøgte vi jeres pragtfulde gård i sidste uge.
Vil blot sige tak for en rigtig god oplevelse.
Det er de bedste 4 Euro jeg har givet ud på turen.
Tak for forklaring om olivenproduktion (nu ved vi hvad vi IKKE skal købe).
Og tak for god forplejning.
Følte at vi næsten hørte hjemme her.
Alt mulig held med jeres gård. Kunne godt finde på at komme tilbage og bo på gården.

Mange tak for et fantastisk dejligt ophold her i starten af august 2009. Det var en utrolig skøn oplevelse, og vi arbejder hårdt på at komme igen snarest muligt, da vi allerede savner jer, området, lejligheden, poolen, hestene, støvet og ja.... faktisk også lidt fluerne nede ved hestene
Vi håber i får en rigtig god høst, så der er lige så meget dejlig olie og vin at smage til næste år !

J'ai oublié un détail qui a son importance : nous avons essayé deux restaurants suggérés par nos hôtes Tine et Mario. Ils étaient tous les deux très bons, mais le "Goraiolo" était tout à fait exceptionnel.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques moments à la Villa Stabbia. La vue est superbe, l'accueil y est chaleureux, les maisons sont confortables, les promenades à cheval sont très agréables, les produits sont très bons, etc. Nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps.

Hej Tine og Mario
Netop hjemvendt fra 2 fantastiske uger i Toscana, sidder vi nu og kigger ferie billederne igennem. Det har været nogle fantastisk dage vi har haft hos jer, og det er sikkert ikke sidste gang vi kommer og besøger jer. Tæt på det hele, og alligevel isoleret nok til at man kan nyde roen.

Dia duit! Looking forward to our 2nd holiday at the wonderful Villa
Stabbia. Thanks again to Mario for saving the day when we arrived at Pisa airport with our 3 small children to discover we'd left all our passports in La Quercia!! He leapt on his trusty steed (ie his motorbike) and brought them to the airport with only minutes to spare! Only 4 months to go before our holidays, and guess what..
its raining again in Dublin !

The tranquility and beauty of Villa Stabbia enchanted each and everyone of us as we ambled through the divine olive groves and vineyards and gazed upon the grace of the serene horses, playfully teasing each other in the sun. Mario, Tine and Lau welcomed us warmly and made our stay delightful.

My husband and I visited Villa Stabbia for two weeks in the summer of 2003. And I must say that we loved it! The old houses, the swimmingpool, the beautiful view etc. The short distance to Florence, Pisa and Lucca made the vacation even better.
We most definitely want to go back to the cosy and beautiful Villa Stabbia as soon as possible! Thank you Tine and Mario for beeing so friendly! We hope to see you again soon. Mikkel & Bettina.

Wir fahren nun mit wenigen Unterbrechungen seit mehr als zehn Jahren nach Montecantini und wohnen immer, wenn möglich, in den Ferienwohnungen der Villa Stabbia.
Die ruhige und komfortable Atmosphäre ist optimal für erholsame Urlaubstage. Auch die Möglichkeit in weniger als 1 Std. mit dem Fahrzeug, Kultur, Strand und italienische Lebensart in den sehenswerten und zum Shopping einladenden Städten in der Toscana zu erleben, macht einen Aufenthalt sehr kurzweilig!
Nicht zuletzt der Kurort Montecatini mit Einkaufsmeile, Restaurants, Cafes, Park und Thermen ist für abendliche Unterhaltung perfekt. Die Selbstversorgung in den sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen erleichtert das ortansässige Einkaufszentrum IPPERCOOP.
Die Wohnungausstattung Küche, Bäder und Zimmer, sowie Waschküchenutzung, schafft eine heimische Wohlfühl -atmosphäre. Durch den "neuen" Pool, Kinderspielplatz und Grillplatz ist der Rahmen komplettiert. Die aktuelle Möglichkeit einer schnellen und kostengünstigen Anreise durch Billig Fluglinien bis Pisa - steigert die Attraktivität des Urlaubsortes auch für Familien mit Kindern! I haven´t stayed at the apartments but I ordered the whole range of olives oils recently.
The packaging was really great, very authentic with herbs and spices in the cute bottles. Myself, my boyfriend and another friend tried the oils just with fresh bread and we thought they were amazing, so fresh and flavoured! The chilli one was great and we´ve used it with pasta which is very tasty!
Thank you Tine for sending the oils. I would recommend them to anyone who loves olive oil! Hayley X
