In general we prefer to rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months - but
can be quite flexible. |

If possible, please try to arrive after lunch, and be prepared to depart before 10 in the morning. |
Prepayment:

We will then request
20% of the total amount of your stay to keep your booking. |

The rest of the payment will be done at your
departure by personal check, in cash or credit card (Master or Visa). |

All booking deposits are non-refundable. Bookings cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior arrival date can utilize 50% of the deposit paid for another booking within the same year. Deposits for bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival date are 100% non-refundable. |

Pets are more than welcome, however as an extra cleaning is necessary after their stay - we will ask for an additional 25 Euro to cover
this. |

We do not serve lunch, dinner,
