Sesana  - Montecatini Terme

Less than 3 km away from Villa Stabbia you will find the Sesana Racecourse. The third in Italy after the tracks in Milan and Florence. It is reserved for trotting races that are contended on one of Europe's fastest a 800 meter tracks. 

It was designed as a "perfect" race track, with lots of extra facilities and regular interesting cultural events. During the summer, many night races are held. www

San Rossore  - Pisa

 The racetrack at San Rossore (called Prato degli Escoli) was traced in 1829 and the first official race took place on April 3rd 1854. The most prestigious race held at the San Rossore racetrack is the Premio Pisa  - a 1500 meter long Listed Race reserved to 3 year old horses. Races are held from October until April. www

Cascine Racetrack - Florence

Here only two races are held - one in spring and one in autumn.
