The aromatic oils are perfect for inclusion in baskets or as presents (family or corporate).
The three best sellers have been certified organic - though most of them are.
The extra virgin olive oil is made from olives grown and hand harvested in
mid October until early November by the family at Villa Stabbia. The fruits are cold pressed,
milled in Villa Stabbia´s own ecological mill and decantered naturally to insure the highest quality.
The aromatic herbs and vegetables are mainly from Villa Stabbia´s own
orchard all carefully dried before added to the oil.
As the infusion takes place in the bottle (as opposed to the mass produced ones,
which mainly uses the herbs for decoration), it is possible to refill the bottles again
with some good extra virgin olive oil and after 4-6 weeks they will be ready for usage.
The strength will of course decrease for each re-fill, however the HOT Chili for instance
can be refilled up to 8 or 10 times.....

Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with thin slices of lemon peel and black pepper.
Certified Organic
A wonderful aromatic oil, extremely versatile. Very lemony with a
slight sting of black pepper. Can be poured directly on seafood, used for
grilled chicken and is great in salads. It is wonderful on steamed
vegetables - pour it over freshly boiled green beans or oven
baked potatoes.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with garlic and parsley.
Certified Organic
An excellent aromatic oil. It is great for all vegetables,
especially asparagus, as well as flavoring pasta, potatoes, breads and
other grains. Can be enjoyed on its own by dripping some fresh bread
with the oil.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with HOT Chili and an olive leaf.
Certified Organic
A VERY HOT aromatic oil with a true red colour. For best results use
sparingly, unless you really like the hot bite of Chili. Will zest up
stews, soups and sauces - excellent in stir-fry or over a fresh pizza.
