surrounded by excellent restaurants, we decided to co-operate with them

The WOW Restaurant in Montecatini Alto
"Windows on the World" - a true dining with a View experience - a
restaurant with a wonderful location on a terrace overlooking the
Montecatini Terme valley below. Good service, great local ingredients
specialised fresh fish.

The Trattoria Antico Colle Pizzaria in Colle
Situated in the middle of the piazza of Colle. A nice little local
restaurant, which serves good quality Tuscan food as well as pizzas. In the
summer, it is so relaxing and pleasurable to enjoy the dinner outside in the
piazza, filled with playing children and elders going for a little chat in
the local cafe/bar.

A small restaurant .... almost like someone's dining
room with great original decor and interesting books and objects.
The menu is set, but changes every day and always prepared with fresh seasonal products, mostly local and bio.
One has to book in advance. A unique experience and worth a visit.

The Taverna del Vin Vino in Borgo Buggiano
If you are looking for a great place to enjoy authentic Tuscan cuisine in a
very traditional and comfortable setting, this tavern is perfect. The passion of the owners, who have renovated this old barn
and tried ther uppermost to preserve the historic features, will
serve you quickly and with enthusiasm.

The Goraiolo Restaurant in the forest.
It offers authentic traditional Tuscan food and although there is a
menu, the chef usually asks what you would like to eat - and makes it. The
anti-pasta comes highly recommended. Specialised in Porcini mushrooms -
never leave without tasting the porcini risotto.
The Casorino Restaurant in Massa e Cozzile
A very nice restaurant indeed. They serve excellent food, good
service, nice atmosphere and there is a spectacular view of the valley.

The Cantuccio Restaurant in Massa e Cozzile
A nice little local place. The nearest restaurant, located
within walking distance. Good food, good service as well as
excellent pizzas - straight from the wood-burning oven.
La Bottega dell'Oste Gialdini in Massa e Cozzile
Dating back to 1938 and still run by the same family Gialdini.
Traditional Tuscan food - including Florentine steak, served in a relaxed
setting. The restaurant has a complete beer menu, with beers from many small
and unknown breweries as well as a shop with local products.
