Young Wince moves in at Villa Stabbia
The third private horse stabled here at Villa Stabbia moved in - Wince Ro or just Wince  - a very young Haflinger from 2011

As per tradition, he was welcomed by Zazu, but also by all the young guys. The mares were a bit more hesitant and Pippo most likely thought - not another Haflinger!

SILVER !!! for the Oil from Villa Stabbia and only organic olive oil present !!!!
which was the most important aspect, taking into account the invasion of Olive Flies just before the harvest - so shows it is still possible to produce a quality oil without the use of pesticides and chemicals.

Having searched for a long time for a strong horse, Ghibli was everything we had been looking for - tall, strong built, Spanish PRE, young ....

He is a Pura Raza Española, though rather tall for his breed, 166 cm and still growing.

The old and for a long time unused wine barrels were dismatled in 2011 and the wood stored for later usage.
After many ideas of what to use the wood for, it was finally decided to make garden furniture, steps and shelves for the games room.

For the true taste of Italy, a couple of Italian gourmet producers provided various samples to taste and be enjoyed at the Cannes Film Festival – and the olive oil from Villa Stabbia was available for the guests of the Italian Pavilion to enjoy throughout the week.

Swimming Pool now with Saltwater
The pool at Villa Stabbia was changed to a saltwater pool, which feels really soft on the skin and without the heavy smell of chlorine. In addition, it is much better for the eyes.
